If you need to return an eligible item, you must provide proof of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Spa Covers & Spa Cover Lifters
  • Special Order Items

Conditions

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of purchase.
  • Custom-made, built-to-order, and other items listed above are non-returnable.
  • Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or structural damage.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for safe return shipping and insurance.

How to Request an RMA

Please provide your name, contact information, order number, and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for safe return shipping. After receiving an RMA number, please ensure your return is securely packed and insured.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Returns without an RMA cannot and will not be accepted.
